Itineraries drive revenue, costs, fuel consumption, and the entire sailor experience. The Itinerary ManagementStudio replaced a multi-sheet process with one connected application used by Hotel Operations, FleetCaptains, and Port Analysts.
Port, speed, and fuel in one view. Organizes port data, builds itineraries, constructs seasons, and dynamically calculates ship speeds and fuel consumption.
v2.0: ML-powered revenue prediction. When a sailing is proposed, BigQuery ML models predict revenue and satisfaction, turning a logistics tool into a commercial decision engine.
v3.0: AI-powered planning. Gemini integration will enable AI-assisted itinerary creation with real-time optimization.

AI Crew Training Simulator
A Sailor Services Training Simulator built entirely in Superblocks using Gemini's speech-to-text and text-to-speech. An AI persona simulates an upset guest. Crew practice de-escalation in real time.
Live speech interaction. Crew members speak to a simulated guest powered by Gemini. Feels like a realconversation.
Scored against brand standards. Gemini reviews the transcript and scores the interaction with personalized coaching feedback.

Food Ordering Console. BigQuery ML predicts sailor counts and consumption, then auto-generates item-level orders with safety stock calculations.
