Matthews adds roughly 150 new brokers every year. Scaling through headcount alone wasn't going to work - and consumer AI tools couldn't connect to real data, sit inside their VPC, or meet the governance requirements of an enterprise brokerage.

Matthews has 800+ real estate agents. Giving each one an individual enterprise ChatGPT license wasn't realistic. So Ethan Estrada — the company's first-ever AI Process Engineer, six months out of college — built the answer.
