The Plastic Panel System (PPS) is a revolutionary design different from any other Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) system. The PPS offers variable cavity sizes as shown in the pictures below. This allows the contractor unlimited flexibility to meet engineering specifications. This also allows for the overall cavity to be assembled to match dimensional lumber.

The PPS has a universal corner system that enables the builder to vary the wall thickness around any given perimeter. For example, if one wall requires a thicker cavity to compensate for backfill or engineering requirements, you can still maintain any required corner angle. Thus, you can reduce the cavity size of any or all of the remaining walls. The top and bottom of the panels have the same tongue and groove as the Metal Panel System, so that both systems can be interfaced with one another other.
